Returns & Exchanges

If there is any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Just send it back within 30 days of receiving it.

We will check the status of the item and, if it is in good condition, we will refund the amount you paid for it, including any duties and taxes.

For a full refund, all items must be returned to us in undamaged/unused condition and in the same condition you received them, with the original packaging and all tags attached (e.g., shoes should be returned with original shoe box).

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

• Final sale items, used items, washed items, damaged items, altered products, items without original packaging or tags, and items not returned in their original condition.

For hygiene, quality control, and cross-border logistics reasons, we reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet the above conditions.

How to Return an Item

To return an item, post your return using your preferred international courier to:

Please ensure your order ID is visible in the return address and include a copy of your invoice or confirmation email, including your order number and contact information. We recommend sending your item back using insured and trackable shipping.

If you prefer, we can handle returns for you. In this case we will deduct $10 from your refund to cover return shipping and handling charges.

When Will I Receive My Refund?

Once we receive your return and check that everything is OK, we will refund the money to your original payment method in approximately 2-3 weeks. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.

Exchanges

We apologize, but we are currently not accepting exchanges at this time.

If you wish to exchange an item for a different one, kindly return the original item and place a new order separately.
